We live in such a nasty world. Tragedy after tragedy happens and people turn to micro-aggressions or straight racism. Where’s the compassion?

I take accountability because I didn’t even know it would be an immediate charge but dang at least ask if someone is okay with the new price with fees first.

For those that don’t know (I didn’t): make sure you have Ticketmaster confirm what the price is before you exchange your tickets. My husband was just asking if we could exchange for different section/seating and the rep said yes and immediately charged his card on file.
