Plus, I spend a lot of time cleaning my brushes at the sink instead of just dipping them and wiping them, but I’ve learned the hard way it’s the best solution to ensure I don’t end up using a dirty brush while I’m focused and just end up muddying the colours…

One of the biggest challenges for me while painting is keeping my station (and myself) clean! I often find myself covered in paint after a session — which is why I NEVER work in the same clothes I wear outside.

When I started doing this serie, I promised myself I wasn’t going to chase the algorithm, and this is part of that. I got quite ill and I only had energies to do only one thing, and as an artist I will always prioritise creating over social media.
