I feel you. There are hundreds of PKMN Discord servers but I've yet to find one that will allow canon legendary Pokemon, Mystery Dungeon or otherwise. I've been looking for a server to play Galarian Moltres in for so long, with no success.

Though I do understand the temptation. Usually when I want a bird to have an aggressive edge without changing them too much, I'll give them a serrated edge to their beak. Not actual fangs, but meant to look like them.
Hm. There's nothing wrong with experimentation. If you aren't sure you want it to be permanent but you want a lore reason for the TF, you could have him be cursed, subjected to an environment that forcibly changes him, or have him unknowingly equip a magic item that forces the change.
