A siskin, Carduelis spinus. According to RSPB, the siskin is a small, lively finch, smaller than a Greenfinch. It has a distinctly forked tail and a narrow bill. The male has a streaky yellow-green body and a black crown and bib.

Not sure when it happened, but my backyard bird feeders seem to have gone viral on SiskinTok. I used to get one in a blue moon, now I'm seeing them daily.
