Als de PVV wel de wetten steunt maar niet de novelle dan halen de wetten het wel maar de novelle niet en dan moet iemand anders voor de novelle stemmen omdat anders het CDA tegen de wetten stemt en dus moet D66 voor de novelle stemmen waar ze tegen zijn.
