Oh yeah… I would think you should be good! I’ve only heard of issues when it starts getting sub 30 degrees, which doesn’t happen that often there.
I would have loved to get one when I bought a new car last year, but with how brutal the winters are here, battery life in the winter drops 30% compared to summer. Almost need to keep a gas or hybrid engine vehicle around just to be safe during winter travel or long commutes.
For someone who was thinking about retirement for a while, yeah… 3 years seems odd.
