i have a herniated disc in my neck that causes me pain when i lift my arm for too long, so i made my own ergonomic solution that might be of use to you all!
i put a mousepad on my arm rest and put a cushion so my shoulder is relaxed and my wrist is relaxed too. its very comfortable!

transmisogyny is bad, no shit, but it feels like transandrophobia is only seen as a word made up for "whiny (trans) men." and it makes me frown. both are very real issues rooted in deep misogyny AND transphobia, just applied differently, and it would be great for people to recognize that
