Yes! When the rain finally goes away and the sun comes out, Vancouver is one of the best places.

Oh very cool for family’s. I will add, this is the same day as the BMO Marathon. If attending, I suggest giving yourself extra time as there will be a lot of people in the city with road closures.

I’ll do 8-12k intervals, 1k slow & 1k at 5k race pace.

(But I have the seawall right beside me which allows me to run 10k without having to stop.

I started with Cap Cut and starting to use Premiere Pro. I know in the long run Premiere Pro will be more beneficial but Cap Cut is so user friendly. 🙃

Rain in the trials today with Ice Cream & Donut Run Club but the brunch made it worth it.

They venture into Lynn Valley once a month for a beginner trial run. If you're curious about trials this would be a good group to check out.
