In panel 1 he's like "Jesus Christ." In panel 2 he says, "A guy can't stop by and say hello because some motherfucker might be writing a poem." In panel 3 he reads a bit of the poem, "As e'er beneath a waning moon was haunted by a woman wailing for her demon-lover..." and is like, "God forbid someone interrupts this. Also I have a name." In panel 4 he's slightly resigned and says "At least nobody reads this shit." I hadn't drawn a comic in a while and had forgotten that very specific feeling where you come up with a joke that's maybe at best slightly amusing enough to put in a 4 panel strip and then what's actually funny is the amount of effort and time you have to put in to actually produce the finished comic.
