As long as they can decipher my scrawl in fountain pen ink (is there any other) we would be well served!

Looking at them side by side like that all I can think is what a heroic job Lily did carrying such a magnificent “baby” of that size all that time and then so “effortlessly” birthing him … nature really is amazing when you think about it!

They are a very fine affair except they put mint in the cucumber sandwiches … and one simply cannot pick the mint out of a cucumber sandwich whilst holding hat in place and a cup of tea at the same time!
