That’s the reason we’re experimenting with and building goosewatch — we will work to identify and alert others to threat actors proactively to mitigate harm.

Technically speaking, this would be the third, and only if a “community watchdog” or “watchgoose” can even be considered a kind of vigilantism in the first place.
