I encourage everyone to learn the difference between "objectively bad" and "not for me". A story is good if it achieves its own stated goals, not if it conforms to your hopes or expectations!

don't focus on making it pretty or anatomically perfect or as detailed as possible. just focus on communicating your ideas! the most important parts of comics imo are pacing/timing, and getting the point across legibly, not beauty. beauty is a choice you can make, certainly, but it's just extras
