NO FR I DO UNDERSTAND!! Its very dismissive, even if that wasn't what the person intended.

In no way does this mean your style doesn't stand out or isn't different, I very much think you do have your own style!! People just often generalize way too much, usually bc they also don't really understand the reality of making a comic (ie: why most people dont hand paint every bc).

My guess is its not so much a "Webtoon" style as much as certain techniques that are often used by people who make comics (regardless of format). Like how a lot of comics are often line heavy and rely on simple shading, or have minimal BG colors ect.
