A Star Octopus (Octopus djinda) in a coral reef. It is on the sandy sea floor but there is a rock in the background. The octopus is facing to the left, and is leaning way back (to the right) with its mantle hanging down on the right and its beak side facing the left. Most of its arms are tightly curled in front of it, but two of its arms are out stretched, reaching out to the algae covered rock in the background and to the camera. This makes it look as if the octopus is trying to gesture like a person stretching out their arms. The octopus is dark grey with orange on the underside of its arms.
