Not sure how long you're in Tempe, but just as an FYI there is also an aquarium and the largest butterfly conservatory in Scottsdale (OdySea Aquarium and Butterfly Wonderland). Both in the same location. There's also a second zoo & aquarium on the west side of town, Wildlife World Zoo & Aquarium.
