My Friday the 13th rewatch is continuing as I’m watching part VII tonight - The New Blood.

We’re now at the “Jason as the main attraction” part of the series and it’s really in its element.

The kills are the focus and it have a fun self referential feel to them.

This afternoon it’s Danny Boyle’s horror from 2002, 28 Days Later.

People tend to label it as a zombie film but for me zombie is an undead ghoul. What we’re dealing with her is infected.

Not watched in a while so keen to see how it has aged.

The 1981 Bianchi horror rattles along at break neck speed. The plot isn’t nearly as important as the gruesome death scenes 💀

Rather silly but fun with a great synthy main theme.
