I find it kind of wonderful how children, from a young age, will start to explore their relationship with the media they're presented to. Which is why I think little in-jokes like this are good, rather than them having nothing to say due to media oversaturation.

With how saturated things are? I feel like there's a growing population of people who are willing to wait, and have plenty of other things to play in the meantime. But that's just me.

I dream of a game reviewing site where a team of 5+ people work together to score games brutally. Where a 5/10 means a perfectly decent game, and the game is completely pulled apart in order to help a potential buyer know as much or as little as they need to in order to purchase with confidence.
