Writing for this lil project is one of the highlights of my year. It's fun designing and building the thing for everyone to share their thoughts but I love sneaking my own in there.
This year I've thought a lot about what it means to be a man and to be strong – physically and t'otherwise. Innit.
At face value? Bad. Calories aren't a good measure of the things you're consuming, they aren't crated equally.

Last week, at @sdingov.bsky.social my brilliant Sport England colleagues @casseroleburgers.bsky.social and @simonpang.bsky.social gave a talk called Beware of the Team Doughnut 🍩 It's about the importance of team shape and why – when we didn't get that right – it was detrimental to our delivery.
Designer and feeling like you don't want to manage designers but don't want to make rectangles forever? Boy do I have just the ticket.
Honestly, designers should consider product. We need more designerinos leading product vision.
