I honestly don't understand how affordability isn't the main point in all of these conversations. Stagnating wage growth coupled with Trumpflation leaves families w/ choices and having kids ain't cheap, plus the world we'd be leaving behind because of Trump doesn't look all that great. Pretty easy.
