I’m in OKC. Last month, DHS was looking @ converting an extg warehouse - you KNOW it didn’t have water supply or sewer to handle more than 6-8 toilets. The City’s permit dept would have killed it immediately. But the federal govt pulled an old rule that allows them to circumvent local permitting.
