The New York Sirens attendance is clearly on the rise after a rough start in the inaugural season which saw the team bouncing between three different venues in three different states. Stability has done this fan base well, and I look forward to seeing what lies ahead for the Sirens and their fans.
All of these numbers do not include the team's best ever attended home game at Madison Square Garden (18,006), setting a United States Women's Hockey Attendance record.

The New York Sirens finished up their home schedule last night with 6,273 in attendance for their game against the Toronto Sceptres.
This caps a year of significant growth for Sirens crowds at the Prudential Center.
Let's dig in:
That's fair... That's just the only one that I know of off the top of my head, because I went to the first one...
as for "their market"... I'mma just side-eye the commissioner from over here. don't mind me.
They have done some similar things.
The Sun have played a couple of games in Boston at TD Garden for example.
The Boston Fleet figuring out how to score multiple goals a game is giving real "Oh oh... Happy learned how to putt!" vibes.

Eldridge's third* of the night!
*But only two count.
Boston Fleet score their first PPG in FOREVER.
That penalty against Tapani was ridiculous. What was she supposed to do? Disappear when Channel Watkins skated into her?
I get it.... YouTube is always easy.

It's Sarah Fillier's world, we're just living in it.

Izzy Daniel, clearly raised on The Office... Giving her best Jim Halpert cringe into the camera look when the young player declares they HATE books:

One of the craziest single minutes of hockey I have ever seen:
Vancouver Goldeneyes up 3-2 after one on the Minnesota Frost at Grand Casino Arena.

I'll be keeping an eye on Toronto. They've sold out CCC since they moved into it. If they don't, at a minimum, play more games at SBA, then I think they'll be more focused on other situations. But who knows.
DCU Center (Worcester) - 12,135
TD Garden (Boston) - 17,850
I think Worcester is extremely unlikely as it's further from Boston, and TD Garden is just oversaturated with Bruins/Celtics/Concerts/Special Events...
Unless another building materializes out of thin air inside 128... what do you do?
As is always discussed when this topic comes up though: What is the alternative?
Agganis is basically the same size (6,150) as Tsongas, Conte is bigger (7,884), but BC has four different winter sports that call that building home, and the only bigger rinks than that in MA are:

This is a 24.5% increase over last year's average attendance of 7,260.
I will post a detailed analysis soon of each market and how everyone is doing compared to previous years.
This league continues to grow and prosper and I can't wait to see what the future brings.
Sun:
Vancouver Goldeneyes @ Toronto Scepters - 8,631
Boston Fleet @ Minnesota Frost - 9,925
Ottawa Charge @ Seattle Torrent - 16,586
These numbers bring the league season average to over 9,000 (insert meme here): 9,040

Solid weekend for attendance for the league:
Fri:
Boston Fleet @ Toronto Sceptres - 8,636
Sat:
New York Sirens / Montreal Victoire (@ Detroit - Little Caesars Arena - Takeover Tour) - 15,938

As Alina would say... "toot toot"
Cava was in alone, Tejralova's stick got up on the hands of Cava and kept Cava from getting a shot off, that's why a penalty shot was awarded.
The team can select any player to take the penalty shot. Teams usually, but not always, have the player who was wronged take the shot.
Boston Fleet clinch a playoff spot.
CLINCHED.
