my daughter works at an assisted living center, mostly with people who have dementia, and she came home today and told me that one of the residents who recently died who was her favorite—one who remembered her name, which NO ONE does who has dementia—was the person who helped develop the pacemaker

People that use alt text, should I leave everything in lowercase or use a mix as normal? Should I leave a clear space either side of any punctuation marks? I have seen people writing alt text as normal text and have also seen them use all lower case and spacing out punctuation. Guidance is mixed!

The manual postmark will be applied free of charge.

For anyone mailing their #taxes today - take them to the post office, hand them to an employee, and ask for a manual postmark. Otherwise the USPS can't guarantee they'll be postmarked today.
