It really is! Jonathan's a great designer, and there's a surprising amount of ways to engage (or not!) with the mechanics + loads of hidden conversations. And the VAs, who are mostly young actors just finishing drama school, are great!
There's a demo out, and the full game releases next Thursday 🙂↕️

🧵 On Saturday at Spring Conference, Greens For Palestine came with clarity,
courage, conviction and we held power. Together we organised, we spoke,
and we voted with purpose.
Unfortunately it seemed to me that SfL's (2nd 🫠) VONC only distracted from the procedural issues that the dissenting members of the SoC were trying to raise, and in the end a membership frustrated by delays passed a tweaked report that didn't fully fix the apparent overreach. Tactically poor choice.
It tears me apart that I can't show you everything just yet, but give me a year or two and I'll invite to a great adventure, I promise.

Plain back background, white font in a typewriter style. The tutorial, as far as there is one, is provided through screenshots rather than the text description. It reflects a more sombre tone but also my various weaknesses as an amateur.
Compare that with the description of the first game we published on Itch around a year ago 😅 I'm still proud of this considering my limited skillset, but it's fun to look back on everything I'd do differently even after a relatively short space of time.

This is the direction I hope the space travels in. Anecdotally, the two person studio I'm part of requires anyone that hires us to agree not to use AI and to remove us from the credits if this is breached. Same for those we hire. Zero tolerance because our own dignity as artists demands just that.
I've been following this for a while, and it looks to be a very rich and interesting vein of surreal asymmetrical madness, so I'm very excited to see the Kickstarter looming 👀
(Though it's position means that the most likely result will be that there's not time to discuss it, so it'll be bumped to the next conference. Given the amount of amendments suggested for the bill, one focus will presumably be to avoid having it watered down in the meantime.)

It's just been announced that @greens4palestine.bsky.social's motion "Zionism is Racism" WILL be heard at Spring Conference.
The next step is for GPEW members who opposed settler-colonialism and genocide to make sure to book their place at conference and vote to make Greens an anti-zionist party.
