Oh! I'm glad you're still with us. Regarding the engine version, it's 4.5.1. As for the methodology, it's simple. Project settings -> Display -> Window -> Transparency. Below are all the changed settings.

If you haven't updated your graphics card drivers in a while, you probably just missed the 25.9.2 update, which fixed this issue. I recommend updating your official drivers to the latest version if you haven't already.
If you're still with us, then I may have found the potential cause of the malfunction. Without going into detail, it's highly likely that the cause is one of the AMD driver updates, which causes all sorts of graphics errors in Godot games.
If none of this works, you can return the game to Steam. I would understand that decision.
I just uploaded a small update that might help, but the chances are extremely low because it's most likely related to Radeon drivers. You can also try disabling Radeon Overlay, Anti-Lag / Anti-Lag+ and Enhanced Sync.
