Sorry I haven't been active, nor posted that "big piece" I was working on. I severely underestimated how much my life would really change with this move and it's a combo of me being busy with all the stuff that comes with moving, and like.. finally being able to go out and enjoy life!! It's nice.

Honestly this is already VERY good. I think the only thing I'd change is limiting your color palette a lot more but I like this a lot :3

I think a big fandom shift in interacting with stuff has gone from people commenting under the created thing whether it be fic or art to people linking it in private discord groups where the person who made it will never see any positive comments left on the thing they made.
I think the main thing you could do to better acomplish an effect that gets the texture + gradient would be to use some light dithering from white to gray, than gray to black in a few spots. Mix up some extra white spots in there too like on the IRL mushroom. Id also maybe curve the stem a lil bit
Would you be open to hearing some tips+ideas to possibly make this work?
