At one point I was getting lightheaded as it just wouldn’t clot/stop. Eventually packed tissue up there tightly coated with polysporin. Next week spent most of the time being super cautious with nose blowing or forcing myself to stop all together while it heals.

You can get it cauterized 😭

Ahh yeah it is very bright lol. If you can turn of the light, you can try to get something warmer and add that light to the shelf maybe 🤔

My solution is always add more plants and more mood lighting from different heights lollll 🤣
