I finished reading The Final Empire. I haven't read a book so fast in years. I loved every second of it. Now, onto The Well of Ascension

I wasn't sure a stand-up based Game Changer episode would be for me, but Crowd Control was excellent. This season has been incredible so far
I took a rest day after some heavy hyperfocus days on my current godot project.
I ended up replaying Dying Light and starting to read the first Mistborn book. Pretty good use of my time, I think..
I'm conflicted about The Wheel of Time finale. Some good moments, but overall, it felt flat and anticlimactic. I think it was the weakest episode of an excellent season.
The new season of The Wheel of Time has been incredible. I can't for the finale next week
I'm blown away by the first episode of Game Changer season 7. Holy crap. What good work they're doing
The video thumbnail for PMG's original documentary, showing a white, American hand clasping cash in exchange for the labour of a Southeast Asian workforce, represented here as being weighed down by their immense workload.
Back in 2021, PMG reported on the unseen games industry crunch taking place at outsourcing studios in SE Asia.
Since then, the companies we looked at have continued to work on some of the biggest games in the world, without any push to improve the conditions of the artists doing that work. (1/7)
Game: โThis is a time urgent mission we donโt have time to waste!โ
Me: *Searches every nook and cranny of the area for treasure chests before progressing the storyline*
I really like obsidian, but recently, I've been using kortex.co. It's capture feature alone has me thinking about fully switching. It's in early access but worth a look at
I loved this phone. I was so disappointed when mine stopped working.
Amazing!
Looks great! The music and atmosphere feel calming. I wonder if I'll feel that way playing ๐
Same. It'll probably be a long wait. I've been wanting to learn how to make mods for TW3 so that and rereading the books might help me through
I'm excited to play as Ciri. It seems like she went through the trial of the grasses since the last game, so she'll have the abilities of a witcher now. After 3, I think it was a natural progression for her to be the protagonist. I'm interested to see her view of the world vs. Geralts. Can't wait!
I don't play many online games but Rematch looked like a lot of fun. Also might check out Thick as Thieves and Midnight Murder Club.
I didn't watch #TheGameAwards live so I'm catching up on some of the trailers. What I'm most interested in so far
- The Witcher 4 is number 1 for sure.
- Stage Fright. The trailer was brilliant.
- The Long Dark 2: Blackfrost
- One Move Away
- Tales of the Shire
Looked awesome! The Witcher 3 is my favourite game. I can't wait for this
Medievil Resurrection. I played it a lot as a kid. That and Harry Potter and the order of the phoenix.
I love hearing the PlayStation 2 sounds when I turn on my PS5 ๐ถ
PSP showing Grand Theft Auto Liberty City Stories
I can't believe the PSP is 20 years old. I played it so much growing up, and it's still my favourite handheld. I picked up a copy of GTA Liberty City stories recently, and playing it had me wishing Sony would make a new one.
Jumped back into The Long Dark this week. I love that I can now make changes to the inside of the shelters. Just being able to tidy up the rooms is a nice improvement
