It’s April 21st, Happy Fog Day! The Fog (1980). In the small coastal town of Antonio Bay, residents are celebrating their centenary. However, as a mysterious fog rolls in, the town's dark past begins to emerge. 4K/Blu-ray @screamfactory.bsky.social 1/2 #TheFog #FogDay #HappyFogDay #PhysicalMedia
Nice! Usually they screen the same films. I might skip this second one because it’s not a horror film. This first one definitely is. And I’m looking forward to it. 😁
Monday Mystery Movie Horror Edition time! This time it’s a “Choose Your Fate” double feature. Nightmares OR Scares OR both.
Right?! Just give it to us! All of it! 🍽️
Just give it to us! Give us 200 wings! 🍗🍗🍗🍗🍗🍗🍗🍗🍗🍗
So creepy! Still scares me in this big age! 🫣😂
Oooohh, just let me have 20 of them now. 😭🤣 I bet you were in heaven.
I need this in my life right now! Wings are one of my weaknesses. I’ll never turn down chicken wings and shrimp. 🍗🍤
Hahaha! I feel you. But that one scene towards the end is creepy right? Reminds me of Evil Ed’s face. 🫣
Haha, thank you! I got it early on and then figured I upgrade.
I like your review! Yeah, it does take a bit to get going, there are down periods. I kinda view the film as a traumatic hazy dream, then turns into full-on nightmare. There’s this voyeurism. We’re not supposed to be viewing things.
I like it. It has a dreamy feel to it, but also this sleaziness. There’s a scene later in the film at an infirmary that scares the hell out of me. I still get creeped out by it. 🫣
I can watch it anytime and never get sick of it. I love it so much! 😊
Need more… 🍽️
They look great! Usually Japanese blades are top tier.
Same here! It’s such a great film. I love the homages to Hammer Horror films. The clothing (brown, tan, tweed suits), set design (stained glass, stairways, balconies, gothic designs), color palette (brown, tan, earth tones, grey, turquoise, red, etc.), the atmosphere (fog, wind, rustling leaves). 🧛♂️🩸
#NW Fright Night (1985). I love how Jerry Dandrige’s house/“lair” progressively gets worse throughout the film, with the final form becoming this foggy, living, breathing entity. #FrightNight #NowWatching
#NW Fright Night (1985). This scene where Evil Ed pretends to be Mrs. Brewster still freaks me out. 😳 #FrightNight #NowWatching
Having the time of his life. 🍶😆
Yeah, it’s definitely gross! There are some movies I can compare it to, but not sure if I should say. You’ll see it.
I liked it. It has its flaws. It was a bit too long, however, it kinda flew by. Some aspects of the film we can analyze and critique specific horror tropes. Not saying much of what specifically to avoid spoilers. When you see it, you’ll know. Overall, you’ll have a disgusting time! 🤢😁
Checking out Lee Cronin's The Mummy (2026).
Still thinking about Daniel Garcia to Lio Rush with the “holy water bottle.” 😂 #AEWCollision
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
For real! Like he’ll job to Fit Finlay for the TV title on WCW Saturday Night.
Whoa whoa whoa! PAC is a Hobbit.
