I was lucky enough to see a 3D print of it at Film Forum in NYC ages ago.
It’s a really interesting usage of 3D, much more emphasis on depth, and almost immersive/claustrophobic (vs “shit flying at the audience” oriented 3D).

On the other hand… if you ever have a chance to see it in 3-D, run don’t walk!
