No but you have a president who takes a huge dump on the constitution daily with barely any pushback from congress. Unless both the house and the senate gets flipped in the midterms USA will be very close to a full-blown dictatorship, and dictators only leave horizontally.
Trump appointed him, though people should probably have expected him to fill his cabinet with incompetent yes-men. It’s what dictators traditionally do.
