REPORTER: There are laws on the book that make it a criminal offense to harbor illegal immigrants, like sanctuary state leaders have been doing. Do you think they should be prosecuted and possibly put in prison?

HOMAN: Absolutely. And hold tight on that one, because it's coming.

Mahmoud Khalil addressing the judge today: www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025...

WOW. ICE essentially admits to having fraudulently obtained a criminal warrant against Columbia University for an "investigation" for "harboring" undocumented immigrants while seeking to arrest Yunseo Chung, who has a green card!

You can't "harbor" someone here legally!

Providing medical care in Gaza is already incredibly difficult, but when medics and emergency responders are killed, it becomes extremely complicated.

A field hospital cannot operate in isolation.

Ambulances must reach the wounded, and patients need safe passage to other facilities.

Civilians depend on these services in their most difficult hours. Medical personnel must be allowed to do their work. Lives depend on it.

Who’s advertising on Twitter? One of its biggest investors: Saudi Arabia Elon Musk and his companies have deep ties to the kingdom's billionaire royals.

Another new story from me today: I reviewed the companies highlighted on X for Business, a hub meant to show how great Twitter is for advertising, and found that a big group of them are devoted to how great Saudi Arabia is. www.motherjones.com/politics/202...

Good morning.

Today is the 80th day that the U.S. President is running a backdoor bribery scheme in which any CEO or foreign oligarch can send him money secretly through his crypto coin scam in exchange for favors.

It's the biggest scandal in the history of the Presidency.

Wow. This is the full document submitted by Rubio against Mr. Khalil invoking INA 237(a)(4)(C).

The standard in immigration court is extremely deferential; a judge must accept this so long as it is “facially reasonable and bona fide.” But this is so threadbare that it might not even satisfy that.

The United States Government has no legal authority to snatch a person who is lawfully present in the United States off the street and remove him from the country without due process. The Government's contention otherwise, and its argument that the federal courts are powerless to intervene, are unconscionable.

Try that in a small town ICE disappeared a mother and 3 children. Neighbors of Trump's Border Czar said hell no.

New — I spoke to the school principal of Sackets Harbor, NY, where ICE handcuffed and disappeared a mother and 3 kids (including a 3rd grader). It’s also the town Trump Border Czar Tom Homan calls home.

Cook tells me about how the small town is taking on enormous power to bring the students home:
