It's time to ring the DCCC lines off the hook again, and express your displeasure over Representatives Jared Golden, Marie Gluesenkamp Perez, Henry Cuellar and Ed Case voting for the SAVE Act. Let the money know.

Murkowski and Collins voted against their party to fight Trump's tariffs!
Waitwhat? It will never pass the house? And it's nowhere near a veto-proof margin?
Murkowski and Collins once again voted against their party when they knew it wouldn't matter!
Trump's side-piece is dictating policy again. No, not Elon, Laura.
Johnny Depp’s Willy Wonka was a rip-off of Kyle McLachlan’s Agent Dale Cooper. Watch his introductory scenes in Twin Peaks and dare to say otherwise.
Trump is a uniter! He united anglophone and francophone Canadians!
Waitwhat?
Trump is a uniter! He united Japan, South Korea and China against his tariffs!
Waitwhat? Japan, Korea and China? The hell?
BREAKING NEWS: #Elon Musk sells Brad Schimel and Brittany Kinser to xAI
(Edited 12:06 PM via @skeetsapp.com)
Hoffmann’s perfect coffee routine. You want to know this,
I did not have “Japanese Prime Minister’s assassination uncovers his own party’s corruption” on my bingo card. Or that corruption would be, of all groups, the Moonies.
Why is Tesla beating the market today? Because retail investors listened to Elon and Lutnick, it looks like.
If you know, you know.
This looks so much worse. (2/2)
(1/2)A friend has a bunch of Stålenhag prints on metal she got years ago.
She really hated Tales from the Loop. It got 1980s rural US-midwestern ennui. I can totally attest it was serving northern Wisconsin and Minnesota. She grew up in Falun in the '80s. It totally failed at 1980s Swedish ennui.
"In their policy recommendations, OpenAI made it clear that it thinks funneling as much data as possible to AI companies—regardless of rights holders' concerns—is the only path to global AI leadership."
Is that right?
I am an NIH-funded biomedical scientist with conservative leanings. I know at least a dozen scientists (a small closeted minority) who voted for Trump, largely because of frustrations with DEI and extreme wokeness that had permeated every aspect of University life. Each one of us deeply regrets their vote for Trump and are utterly ashamed of it. We are absolutely horrified at how mindlessly destructive this admin has been to scientific institutions. They are single-handedly destroying the STEM dominance US established over decades. Average Americans simply do not realize that we are now on the verge of a precipitous decline in STEM. We all admit that the warnings about Trump/MAGA were on target, and the thing we argue about now is whether the damage is even reversible. All the Lefty overreach was annoying as hell but the MAGA disdain for science is 100X worse.
There's that old question going around, "What do you call a German who voted for the Nazis, not for the racial purity, but for financial reasons?"
This one is different. What do you call a Republican who voted Trump for the racism?
Ask a silly question, get a serious answer. It is the way of things.
Mark Rober crashing his Tesla into a picture of a road gets worse…

Mark Rober pulled a Roadrunner on his self-driving #Tesla. This isn’t good.

Estonia, Estonia, Estonia... the hell? Don't get me wrong, I love batshit crazy in #Eurovision.
From what I've read, the screenshot has been discredited. Unfortunately that's not the only reason she's kind of terrible. It's not like we were going to get an act from Georgia that doesn't support the regime...
Every #Eurovision Somg Contest has a James Bond theme. It’s never from the UK.
This year it’s from Georgia. It’s doomed, but it’s pretty good.

Malta, Malta, Malta... yeah, lean into the criticism, gurl...
Everyone but Måns is satisfied. Kanske behöver Måns bara bada bastu.
But the entrants? There were fewer great songs. One was doomed to come in last.
And one? My fave?
It won! (2/2)
(1/2) I love Sweden's Melodifestivalen. Usually for amazing production numbers and great songs doomed to lose out in favor of bland prefab pop.
This year writer/director Edward af Sillén and hosts Keyyo Petrushina and Edvin Törnblom dialed the show up to 11.
Wait... Denmark is sending a club-remix-ready dance pop number?
Do I make a "Serbia sends Nicepool!" joke? Or a "Sponsored by MoroccanOil!" joke? Note that I'm not against an earnest rock power ballad by a kinda buff guy in a waistcoat.
If I heard this song on the radio, I would have never imagined this performance. Don't ever start being normal, Italy.
Yeah, how did this ever end up being a Eurovision entry for the UK?
