Its Easter that means its time for Mini Eggs in a Glass! (6% ABV Chocolate Stout) Welcome back fellow beer lovers. Easter is a time for traditions; family gatherings, questionable amounts of chocolate, and the annual debate about whether it’s acceptable to eat Mini Eggs or Cadburys creme eggs before breakfast. This year, though, we’ve decided to take things up a notch by swapping the Easter Eggs and sweets for a glass and diving into something a little more "grown-up" from Vault City Brewing.

Its Easter! and here at TEH a chocolate coma isnt enough! so were trying this Mini Egg Chocolate Stout from Vault City to take this Easter to the next level! #beeroclock #beerlovers #beerme

Bearwood Brewing: Spengler, Dark Berry Sour ( 5% ABV) Hi there fellow beer lovers, This time we’re cracking open something that looks suspiciously like it might help animate the statue of liberty. This time we’re cracking open something that looks suspiciously like it might help animate the statue of liberty.

TEH On Tour – 3 Locks Brewing Co Hi there fellow beer lovers, Last weekend we donned our disguises and hopped the noth south boarder to London to catch up with friends. While good company was always going to be the main event, it would have felt downright irresponsible not to sneak in a little beer-based research while we were there. Tucked just off the beaten track in Camden, right by the riverside, sits 3 Locks Brewing Co a taproom and event space that feels pleasantly removed from the quite overwhelming bustle in Camden.

A riverside taproom, good company, and a few “strictly professional” tasting notes later… our latest London adventure is live on the blog.

Come see what we found 👇

Ilkley Beer Festival 2026 Welcome Back fellow beer lovers, The other Saturday’s plan was simple: good company, good beer, and the noble tradition of making very sensible decisions that inevitably lead to questionable ones later. Our destination was the Ilkley Beer Festival, tucked inside the grand surroundings of the King’s Hall & Winter Garden, but as any seasoned festival-goer knows, you don’t charge headfirst into a hall full of cask ale on an empty stomach.

From bold stouts to sessionable sippers, Ilkley Beer Festival delivered the goods and somehow our tasting notes survived the day (well....mostly).

Brulo : Sabro Galaxy, DDH IPA (0.5% ABV) Hi there fellow beer lovers, Sam is back in the saddle for our latest low ABV review, this time with Brulo’s Sabro Galaxy (0.5% ABV). With a hop-forward name like that, expectations are naturally raised and given Brulo’s track record in this category, there’s plenty of interest in how much flavour can be delivered at such a low strength.

Sam’s back with Brulo’s Sabro Galaxy, diving deeper into flavour at 0.5% with a hoppy name like this one, I only hope it delivers what it promises. #beeroclock #beerlovers #beerreviews

Heaps Normal – Quiet XPA (0.5% ABV) A new year has begun, so as is tradition, we are turning their attention to a category that continues to evolve and improve: low ABV beer. This year we’ll be taking a considered look at a selection of beers from Brulo, Heaps Normal, and a couple of others too. As always, we’ll be approaching each beer on its own merits, applying the same standards we use across all our reviews; lets keep our fingers crossed as these ones are a little more mainstream than those we usually cover at this time of year.

I know we've been quiet this year so far, but don't worry we've been working behind the scenes. For our first review of 2026 is Sam cracking open a Heaps Norma's Quiet XPA. Calm, collected, and a cheeky low ABV #beeroclock #beerreview #beerlovers

TEH on Tour : Warpigs, Copenhagen Every now and then, a beer pilgrimage is required. Not for sightseeing, not for culture (well… maybe a bit), but for the beer. This time, it took us to Copenhagen and straight through the doors of Warpigs. where US-style hops, big stouts, and zero compromise are the order of the day. TEH on tour had officially begun. Warpigs is Copenhagen’s unabashed celebration of bold, flavour-first beer culture its a Danish-American collab between Mikkeller and 3 Floyds that throws subtlety out the window.

We took The Eternal Hoptimists to Copenhagen and straight into Warpigs where we experienced big beers, bigger flavours, and BBQ that means business! #beeroclock #beerlovers #beerreview

Dark Revolution – Party People DDH Pale Ale (5.2% ABV) Looking at the can art, the beer should probably be named 24 Hour Party People, but presumably that is trademarked or something. There are definite nods to the Madchester rave scene and acid house with the yellow ‘smiley’ face. At the same time, it keeps the Dark Revolution vibes as it reveals the skull underneath. Double dry hopped and part of their small batch series, it promises to be good, but will it get me raving?

From smiley faces to skulls, Peter finds Party People hits the right notes #beeroclock #beerlovers #beerreviews
