I miss the beach but nice to be home Windy night so I made cognac beef stew with crusty butter toast and a tomato, green salad topped mini mozzarella balls drizzled with balsamic syrup and olive oil Delicious 🥰

Last night here at the beach for this stay so leftover dinner night Grilled beef hash with poached eggs, and sweet and sour green bean salad We all loved it!!!

A fantastic day at the beach so we are having dinner home tonight We made pan seared butter herb strip steak, baked potato with butter and sour cream, butter lemon green beans and a green salad Ice cream for dessert 🥰

Leftover night We had leftovers from Easter Dinner Spiral Ham glazed with Mark’s honey bourbon glaze, my scallop potatoes Delicious!

Delicious meatless Monday dinner Black Beans and South Carolina Rice with Hoe Cakes, Soft Fried Egg and a green salad with blueberries and various local white cheeses 🥰

Spicy chicken wings with two dipping sauces, bourbon honey carrots with oven roasted fresh Italian herb cauliflower Even Bentley loved it 🥰

We wanted something that felt like summer so we had grilled hotdogs topped with quick pickled slaw, cheese and bacon and of course French fries drizzled with mayonnaise Bentley wanted his hotdog plain🙂

Delicious southern dinner tonight Fried catfish with grilled green onions and spicy black beans with a green salad with my buttermilk dressing The catfish was so delicious that I went back and ate the other piece 🙂

Warm evening so I made a green salad with sliced fresh tomatoes, chopped spicy olives, green bean salad and three delicious sliced cheeses drizzled with sunflower honey and then topped with a homemade salmon croquette with homemade caper, tarragon and garlic sauce Delicious and very feeling 🥰

Meatless Monday and tonight we have pasta with chick peas, sautéed green and black olives with garlic and red pepper flakes and a green salad with shaved cheese and fresh herbs tossed in my lemon honey vinaigrette 🥰

Beautiful day with a spring feeling We had pan seared oven roasted rack of lamb with a mint rosemary honey sauce and two sides; potato Au gratin and roasted marinated asparagus Bentley especially loved the lamb 😍🥰

Mark had an out of town speaking engagement so I can cook spicy tonight 😊 Chicken tacos with grilled corn, peppers and onions and topped with cheese and cilantro 😍

German dinner tonight Oven roasted pork tenderloin with a mustard sauce, German green beans and cheese cabbage casserole Bentley loved it!!

Chilly day so comfort food time Chicken fried steak and buttered chive mash potatoes with black pepper gravy and asparagus in a butter lemon thyme sauce Delicious!

Meatless Monday so Indian Curried Chickpeas with yellow rice and a blueberry green salad with yogurt dressing Really good!

Oven roasted lemon, thyme and garlic chicken thighs with a lavender honey sauce and a side of bourbon cinnamon carrots and sauteed pea pods Finished with a spring green salad tossed in a lemon vinaigrette Delicious!😍

Pan seared salmon in an olive oil garlic sauce served with lemon butter pasta, roasted marinated garlic and tomato, cucumber and celery salad in my honey lemon vinaigrette All three of us loved it 🥰

One of my favorite meals Pecan crusted trout in a butter caper sauce and a side of vinegar South Carolina White Rice and a pan seared sesame pea pods So delicious!!!

Bentley and I made homemade cheese, pepperoni and grilled onion pizza with a small green salad 😊

Pesto pasta topped with grilled chicken breast and cheesy zucchini wedges and served with a cottage cheese, tomato and cucumber salad drizzled with my homemade lavender honey lemon vinaigrette 😍
