Storm Prediction Center Outlooks show they identified the threat area 6 days out for the April 2nd severe weather event. Then widespread wind and hail reports and tornado reports across the area yesterday.
Once again SPC showing they are the best in the business . 6 days leadtime for yesterday. Add to that the amazing work by the WFOs messaging the threat and then issuing the warnings. Proud to be part of an agency doing such great work! And that was the first of several high impact days this week!
