Homeless shelters and programs may work to some degree for people who are sober, drug free, mentally able, and don't want to be homeless.

People who are not those things don't want or don't qualify. These are the people who are just getting displaced.

I've read through the Nexus, Teeth, and Penumbra books, and they couldn't differ more from each other yet every one of them is a banger and I'm in love with all of her characters.

While I do agree with the conclusion in general, I don't think TJ robbing graves is a sound argument to reach it. TJ was a fan of robbing graves in general, as was all scientists of medicine at the time. I don't think that particular act was one out of disrespect. All the others; absolutely.
