I mean, life has lifed and I've missed a day here or there, but it hasn't looked any better on those days

A jar of what looks like pancake batter, with almost no bubbles. There are supposed to be a lot of bubbles.
In other news, I don't think this is what a sourdough starter should be doing after nearly a month of daily feedings.
The quilt backing taped down to beige carpet with masking tape. The backing is a large panel of pink fabric with a strip of blocks made up of three rectangles going in opposite directions down the panel. It is positioned just left of the center of the panel.
Got everything set up to baste a quilt after the kiddo is tucked in bed. This one is pretty small so it shouldn't hurt too bad.
I have a bird feeder and I enjoy it, but when we got frozen into our house in February I tossed bird feed out on the porch on a whim and it was beyond delightful.
We had hotdogs and crinkle fries for dinner. Fruit would have been a good plan.
I still need to make some nice placemats, I like yours very much every time I see it and my table is boring and bare.
About 2.5 years. With some stints in hibernation.
A quilt back draped over a table. It has a stripe of blocks pieced into a solid pink fabric the blocks are striped on smiley face fabric with a solid stripe in the center in blue orange and green
It's another busy day, quite chilly outside so no gardening but I've been folding laundry, doing dishes, and working on piecing the backing for my kid's quilt.
Really selling the North today, y'all.
Maybe next time go for the chip flavors and not the frozen doom piles.
A loaf of bread cut to revel an almond solid crumb and odd purple grey color. Many things went very wrong here.
No it does in fact not taste okay even if my husband is trying to convince me it's not that bad.
I was holding the loaf preparing to saw into it and my spouse commented "you're holding it like a wrap" and I handed it to him
"Oh she dense!"
Thank you
Thank you
A very very flat loaf of possibly slightly burnt bread
Yeah that bread is not gonna be alright.
Thank you
I started a new knitting project and took it to poll worker training. I am now home again and wondering what is next for me (baking the sourdough fail).
I have been working on my first attempt at a gluten free sourdough loaf (which is frankly going poorly).
A raised bed with two rows of heavily rabbit nibbled pak Choi on the left, and peas growing up tomato cages on the far long edge, and disturbed soil in front of the camera where the lettuce just went in.
Six resin half barrel planters full of soil all lined up on my deck
Then I did some gardening, planted lettuce, and started mixing and filling my big barrels.
A quilt top made up of alternating stars and hexagons. The hexagons are off white solids and low volume prints and the six pointed stars are shades of blue, green, and purple. The quilt top is hanging on a porch railing on a sunny morning.
Today has been a busy day.
This morning finished a quilt top, fully handsewn with the EPP method.
Still upset my parents settled a tree law case for basically nothing. Neighbor on the far side of the hill cut down 10 ACRES of dense lumber. Just had her timber guys cut through the fence and clearly marked boundaries. They could have been set for life.
I always take a day off for my birthday and encourage others to do the same. I usually end up doing various tasks I've put off and puttering around doing whatever feels right in the moment
Not to mention using hay would attract more pests because it's full of FOOD
Ah yes, you are also familiar with popular culture using your native dialect as shorthanded for unintelligence. (Appalachian).
So sorry, deleted.
Okay, sorry. Had to make sure as a fellow person who had to unlearn their accent.
Make cars use less fossil fuels don't make them less functional.
There's no traction, no storage, no place for a child to safely ride.
I mean, it’s not wrong.
ICE has detained over 6,200 children during President Donald Trump’s second term, according to recently released numbers analyzed by the Marshall Project.
Advocates warn trauma from detentions will cause kids lifelong damage.
If Chicago gets an inch of snow life moves on, if Atlanta gets an inch of snow your conference will grind to an absolute halt. February has huge potential for disaster in the South. It doesn't make sense.
