The rally today in Honolulu was supposed to be from 11 to 1 but it was overflowing at 11 and still going at 2 when the handivan finally showed up. I am totally exhausted but it was worth the time as and effort. My sign said: NO FUHRER, NO GESTAPO, NO CONCENTRATION CAMPS.

Just finished up at the Evanston No Kings rally. It was safe, peaceful, and a show of solidarity by *at least* 1,000 people.

Go to your local protest. Don’t let this administration scare you. Stand with your community when our leaders won’t.

The Supreme Court unanimously revived a lawsuit from a pair of Atlanta residents seeking to hold the federal government accountable after FBI agents mistakenly battered down their front door and held them at gunpoint during a predawn raid of the wrong house.

The way Senator Padilla was handled by officials at Secretary Noem’s press conference is unacceptable. This treatment of a sitting senator is a disturbing infringement on checks and balances and constitutional norms.

Padilla: If this is how DHS responds to a senator with a question you can only imagine what they're doing to farm workers, to cooks, to day laborers out in the Los Angeles community and throughout California.
