Have been going to the gym more and lifting heavier things over time, so that’s cool.

Love this. Also use another app that suggests weight routines and been going 3x/week for 61weeks and that’s the most exercise I’ve done my whole life. It’s fun to see my body changing. Need to do better with nutrition though.
