Trump sets up the narrative for the US withdrawal from NATO, a Trump - Putin goal: "We're always going to be there. Or at least we were. I don't know about it anymore, to be honest with you. ... We're there to protect Europe from Russia. In theory, it doesn’t affect us."

Trump, blames NATO and Europe for his failed war on Iran, whines the Europeans didn't rescue the United States from the consequences of the US and Israel's actions.

"I want you to remember we said this. They didn't come to our rescue."

Yes, Israel wants the destruction of Iran, and, yes Russia wants the destruction of the US and European military; a fair trade, Iran for Ukraine according to these ghouls, but without Europe (NATO) trapped and divided, it is not going to work.

What Russia, Israel, and US didn't count on was Iran actually being prepared to fight back, closing the Strait of Hormuz, and Europe's refusal to get trapped in the war. Now they are stuck, still depleting US armaments but with a stronger Europe & Ukraine. Bad cards for them.

It is in the best interest of both Russia and Israel for the war on Iran to continue, Trump's US was supposed to lure NATO allies into getting caught up in the war. One of the goals is to weaken Europe and divert troops to the ME, and sabotage Ukraine by depleting US armaments.

Trump simultaneously declared victory, tried to absolve the US of responsibility for the global financial crisis the illegal war created, and demands Europe enter an active war zone to solve the Strait of Hormuz problem the US created, while calling them cowards for declining.

Under PURL, NATO partner countries buy US arms on behalf of Ukraine, European nations pay the bill, the US manufactures and delivers the weapons, Ukraine gets the hardware.

The Prioritized Ukraine Requirements List (PURL) initiative was specifically designed as a workaround when the Trump regime (in assistance to Russia) cut off most direct Pentagon security assistance to Ukraine.

The Pentagon has notified Congress that it intends to divert (steal) $750 million in European-contributed money from the PURL programme which is intended to supply Ukraine, instead it'll be used to restock US military (and likely Israeli) inventories in the illegal war on Iran.
