Gen Z will never know that unique feeling of hope and existential dread when Plug in Baby by Muse came on Kerrang
Good morning, gorgeous picture!
Just shown my 6 year old the 1997 Brit Awards Spice Girls performance. She was obsessed. Full circle moment ๐คฃ
I've finally just watched the funeral, thank you for streaming it. A beautiful tribute to a beautiful man and you did amazing. I'd love to hear your proposal story if you're happy to share ๐
I got my adhd diagnosis in my 30s after having my first daughter when all my coping mechanisms crumbled from sleep deprivation. It really helped me to reflect and reframe events in my past and I'm kinder to myself now as a result. I suspect I'm autistic too.
We had so many leftovers from Christmas Dinner... husband portioned them into 2 person roast packs and froze them so we're about to have another full Christmas dinner on 11th January ha!
I'll be thinking of you tomorrow x
Changed toilet seat today (harder than expected due to rusty bolts!) Meeting with a private estate agent booked for Friday.
Is it normal to constantly miss old versions of your children whilst being totally obsessed with who they're becoming? Sometimes I look at pictures of them when they were smaller and it hurts that I can't cuddle them in that form anymore.
Pretty productive day today. Removed bedroom blinds and ordered new net curtains. Regrouted bathroom. Hoping to get the house on the market soon so just doing little bits and bobs
I've experienced something similar in my 30s! It's not nice but the only thing they can do is withdraw attention - narcissists thrive on it! Massive well done to them and hoping they find their people soon! ๐
Trying to remember the last time I didn't have chocolate with my morning cuppa
Anger is totally valid. It's absolutely injust and unfair that it happened to just the most genuine and caring person. Sending you strength to get through the next few days and weeks ๐
Good morning Mary. I was thinking about you yesterday and wondered if you're aware of 'Tell us once' service for registering bereavement with utilities/government etc so you don't have to make numerous calls. www.gov.uk/after-a-deat... Link here incase it's helpful. Hope you're ok x
Good morning Mary ๐
They loved it ๐
I'm about to take the girls to their first crib service. They're not christened and we're not a religious family but there's something special about singing carols in church on Christmas eve and I think they should experience it
The shops feel so loud and overwhelming in the days leading up to Christmas. Whatever you've prepared, it's enough! Be kind to yourself and take all the shortcuts! There'll be more Christmases... x
I think they could benefit from some 'constructive feedback'. I've been thinking of you all day. Sending strength and love to your family x

We knew it was coming but it doesn't make it any harder to hear. I'm so sorry for your loss - which is felt nationwide and beyond! I'll raise a glass to our Wombie tonight. Please reach out if you need anything xx
You're being an absolute rock. Please take good care of yourself too ๐
Keep talking to him. He's listening ๐
I've never seen It's a Wonderful Life!
Good morning Mary x
You're so kind for keeping us all updated at such a difficult time for you all. Sending love to you both x
My daughter absolutely nailed her performance at her school nativity today ๐ฅฐ And she did it on the same stage that Paul McCartney, Foo Fighters and Coldplay have played in recent years!
