I've check it out, seems like you received a ban for repeatedly join/leaving a server and griefing another member.

If I remove the ban, it'll be a final warning. After that it's a permanent lock-out.

A few things I've used before:

- Breathing exercises to slow breathing to a relaxed pace 🗣️
- Meditation 🧘
- Limiting caffeine ☕️
- Staying away from technology (specifically screens) for 2 hours before intended sleep (if possible) 📱
- White noise (through headphones/fans) 🔈
