I wasn't actually sure but this is what the wiki says. Bc they arent "weapons" per se, the restraints seem more akin to angelic rope that was used to Stolas in HB. But that's used to suppress demonic power, not angelic power, which Lucifer has for days. He should absolutely be able to easily escape

S2 Lucifer: has worse survival instincts than a goldfish, forgets he can teleport
Instead all they say is that it's angelic metal. Which, OK, first of all, it's glass. But second, angelic steel ISN'T kryptonite, and it ISN'T unbreakable by angels. They're just vulnerable to getting stabbed by it. Zero reason why Lucifer should be stuck in there. HE DOESN'T EVEN TRY TO ESCAPE😭
