Also gotta wrangle back in my diet. I've been stress eating due to life D| I want to be at 200 by the end of the year.
but I want to do more with strength training. I wish my gym had sleds as I enjoy pulling and pushing. I like picking up and carrying things. My gym needs to invest in a tire lift machine.
Workout today was easy and I'm concerned because this is day two. Normally I decline over the course of the week not improve. I do 30 mins of inclined cardio(max incline) on the treadmill at 3.5 miles an hour and then chest presses at 145. I think it would be a moot point to add more cardio.

Another successful hunt :D Yooka Laylee and Sub rebellion came from 2nd and charles. Rosalina from gamestop. The cartridge games came from a call back from a yard sale that I went to back in December. Paid only 30 for them all.

I haven't drawn anything in months but apparently my brain is still in "observe and learn" mode and I sketched out this. I'm sure it has it's problems still but I haven't regressed and ever slowly inching out of my comfort zone.
