I’ve suffered because of this. Particularly because I’m allergic to Motrin and all other NSAIDs. And when Motrin isn’t an option, they are LOST. Because they truly don’t believe we’re in “that much” pain.

The day after having surgery to repair ligaments and tendons in my wrist, I returned to the doctor for pain meds as I was released with a directive to take Tylenol.

Dr .: How can I help you

Me: I need pain meds

Dr: Did you try the Tylenol

Me: Yes

Dr: Do you expect me to give you narcotics?!

I take my vitamins shortly after I have breakfast. I’m an avid breakfast person. I take a multivitamin, vitamin E, vitamin D and potassium because I have a deficiency.

The latest I take them is noon-1pm. But always with or following a meal.

Which is exactly why my doctor is refusing to prescribe them to me!😂 Because THAT is my preferred state!😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
