Seriously though what is the point of designing/building a robot that can run a half-marathon faster than a human? I can only think of one reason you'd need that and it's dark.

Dad pun of the year so far, imo

Especially tough when said administration is actively and noticeably sniffing glue (and/or worse)
legendary
One of my comfort films. Campy with zero shame. Incredible score.
My buddy Emil and I (along with some other friends) made a library record for Fold Music. Vinyl is out now and you can check a couple of the tracks on the Bandcamp page.
Feels like a good time to remind folks that the Steve Moore who plays with Earth/Sunn is not me. Same name, different dude.

JUST IN! 'Business & Pleasure' by Lovelock
Zombi’s Steve Moore returns with a funk-laden, noir-steeped LP of cosmic library music.

a stone cold classic from @stevemoore2600.bsky.social
This is great. My man Rennie saying some very kind things about my band. 💪
“A hit on the festival scene” @fangoria.bsky.social - MR. STATIC is now online. youtu.be/_vWv7GJinCo?...
Steve Moore reprises his beloved Lovelock guise by presenting his unique riff on the library breaks genre. Business And Pleasure contains grimy groove and sleazy, funk-laden lounge music.
This vinyl release is hyper-limited, with just 500 pressed for the world.

Excellent short I was stoked to work on, well worth a watch! Cheers, @mike-williamson.bsky.social

Front cover of Zombi Digitalis LP - an aerial shot of a barren landscape
Back cover of Zombi Digitalis LP - an aerial shot of a barren landscape, and track listing (Digitalis, Siberia, Sapphire)
DIGITALIS EP by Zombi is today’s special; my favorite Zombi record among a stellar discography. Also contains my fave @stevemoore2600.bsky.social track, Sapphire, which has not one but two of the all time greatest break/drops in electronic music.

Cheers, my friend!
Today's the day!! My newest PBS gig begins tonight at 10/9C. It's a beautiful series and was a blast to work on. Also, uh, should go without saying but PBS rules and is important.
Here's the trailer for the first episode of Bugs That Rule the World, "Insect Apocalypse," featuring music by yours truly.
Can't imagine what it cost to have those drums set up in the studio for 5 years. Any time I think of Brain I think of the bit from the first Praxis album where Bootsy Collins says "hey Brain, what you thinking about?"
