You could get one that does 6th gen, but obviously those are more expensive (see: the Retroid Pocket 5, at $200 on sale), so depending on your scope, I'd say get something like a Miyoo Mini Plus or one of the midrange Anbernic options and stick to topping off at PS1 with some bonus N64/DC support
