Garden update 3. Finished improvements for 4 of 10 beds. That’s all I can afford both time and money wise this year for the garden. Now, I’ve got another 6 beds to weed and plant by Monday. With more rain coming in tomorrow I’ll be back to this project on Thursday. :)

Both my pottery studios are closed for spring break & renovations, so I’ve got until 4/23 to get all my garden infrastructure done.
Today’s progress is 1 bed completely done (cardboard layer and soil, ollas added & planted). It’s got 2 types of bush beans, creeping nasturtium & Swiss chard!
Had my first intermediate/advanced wheel class today after being encouraged by my teacher to advance. It’s nice to have validation that your practice is paying off.
I set some project goals I think will help me build some wheel skills in the next couple of weeks so stay tuned for updates!
My first retail store placement now has a display! Thank you to Anjini at the Gathered Room for the opportunity and support.
Opening weekend is May 2nd & 3rd. I’ll be there May 3rd at 10am to answer any questions about the art.

A quick update now that I’m home and preparing for some big events! Lots of exciting news to share. :)
Adventures in Tenino & Centralia after the Tonic Exhibition at Ghost Gallery. We mostly stayed on my Moms farm to spend time with the puppies and lambs, since spring is busy for the farm.
