like I fully accept the fact that I have social deficits thatll never be fixed, I just don’t have the energy to mask and try anymore. but what I can do is get more knowledge abt different artforms as a whole. That’s in my control

it wasn’t until this past yr I finally accepted it’ll never happen. eventually wanna pivot into making ”long form” repeatedly enjoyable forms of media like games and music instead of illustration bc If I couldn’t get what I want from art I might as well get more knowledge for the hell of it

when I was a teenager experiencing my first life ruining obsession I saw ppl on deviantart able to have a ton of friends and meet partners and move far away from their shitty homes from being good at art and I foolishly thought the same thing would happen to me if I drew good every day. Lol

seeing other people achieve the dreams I wanted with digital art that have nothing do with skill. Makes me feel like that shen bike cuck comic but I’m also angrier
