5 mile morning run today temps in low 40s F. Crisp! Makes the work day so much better! Ran this route numerous times and never noticed this abandoned, small stone structure 🤷

Great day for a 11.5 mile #trailrun at Little Bennett Regional Park in Maryland. Dogwoods are in bloom, woodpeckers were bountiful and a turkey crossed the trail in front of me.

5 mile run around Grand Ole Opry complex. Lots of parking lots and no views of the Cumberland River. What a missed opportunity! Developers could have placed pathways and trails along the river. The first day I ran this I didn’t even know I was running by a river until I saw my Strava running map.

Great 5 mile pub run on mixed paved dirt trail run. Heard and then saw two Great-Horned Owls! Took pics but they look more like squirrels 🤷‍♂️

Yep- I get that! After I see one, every root and stick I encounter thereafter looks like a snake…!

After work 5 mile trail run at Monocacy Battlefield Worthington Farm, Maryland. Bald eagles and nest, Virginia Bluebells popping out - Spring is here.

Trail running friend hosted a 10K run followed by tacos today! Great run on mix surfaced a little street, some pasture, some cave!, the remainder wooded trail then tacos 🌮 etc in his backyard w/ beers. 15 runners great turnout great time!

Just short of a Thursday night pub run 5 miler! Headwinds…otherwise great weather! Destination: The Garage.

Yep- it was a blast!

Trail running at Mineral Hill Maryland an abandoned iron and copper mine dating back to the Revolutionary War. Chalcopyrite, Magnetite, Malachite, Serpentine, Talc etc. present. 7.75 miles of running and 1100 ft of elevation.

Saturday morning 10 miler trail run. Crisp temps, light breeze, and sunshine - I will take it!

Five miler Thursday night pub run - yesterday was in the 80s F today at run start, 42 degrees F - pub temp was fine though…

First trail race of the year - muddy conditions but a great, fun, running community - plus great food! Chocolate covered bacon? Yum! #trailrunning
